Welcome to the temporary C3RES info page!

These notes have been made public to provide initial information about C3RES, my suggestion for a new, private, and secure by default data solution for our communication and data sharing needs over the Internet.

"C3RES" stands for "Content-addressed Cryptographically-secured Capability-based Resource Store", and it aims to provide a way to securely host and share private and public content while maintaining full control over the data, their storage, and the entities able to receive and read that content.

The following notes consist of some of my early notes about key aspects of C3RES as well as the architecture. Note that these are personal work-in-progress stream-of-though-like notes, and are not necessarily complete or coherent.
